External Reviewers are individuals who are not part of the organization but can provide feedback or evaluations for a reviewee.
Reviewer Assignment
Admins can assign External Reviewers to employees participating in a review cycle by clicking on "Edit" button against reviewee detail side panel.
External Reviewers function similarly to other evaluator types but are independently assigned outside of organization.
They have approval process similar to default evaluator executions, however since they don't have a dashboard/My team accessibility, they will receive emails when a review is returned for resubmission.
Click on 'Add External Participant' and Enter Name and Email of the reviewer and hit save
Additional Key Notes
External Reviewers cannot delegate a review to any other evaluator
External reviewers cannot approve any reviews
External Reviewers won't be able to answer Goal Creation questions, would be hidden and not shown if the template has any goal creation question.
Cannot modify reviewer's email after execution creation.
