Step 1: Setup
In this step, you define how the Anniversary Review cycle is triggered and how frequently it should occur for employees based on their anniversary dates.
Frequency Configuration
You can configure how often reviews are initiated relative to each employee’s anniversary date. This allows organizations to align review cadence with tenure milestones.
Available options include:
Quarterly – Reviews are triggered every three months from the employee’s anniversary date
Every 6 Months – Reviews occur twice a year based on the anniversary cycle
Yearly – Reviews are conducted once per year on the anniversary date
This automated scheduling ensures that reviews are consistently triggered without requiring manual intervention.
