If the reviewer does not resubmit the review within the 7-day window, the review will close again and must be reopened by an administrator to allow further edits.
Note: Administrators can reopen any review execution in any review cycle, including review cycles that have already been completed or closed.
Reopen a Review
Navigate to Manage Reviews.
Select Reviews.
Open the desired Review Cycle.
Go to the Participants tab.
Locate the participant whose review needs to be reopened.
Click View next to the review execution you want to reopen.
Click Reopen.
Confirm the action if prompted.
The review will become editable for the assigned reviewer.
What Happens After Reopening?
Once a review is reopened:
The assigned reviewer can access and edit the review.
All previously submitted responses are retained.
The reviewer has 7 days from the time the review is reopened to make changes and resubmit it.
After the review is resubmitted, the updated review is reflected in the review cycle.
If the Reviewer Misses the Deadline
If the reviewer does not resubmit the review within the 7-day reopening period:
The review will become non-editable again.
An administrator must reopen the review again to provide another 7-day editing window.
