Submit a Manager Review

Supervisors complete employee performance reviews from the Performance Management Dashboard. Reviews can be saved as drafts while in progress and submitted once all required sections have been completed.

Start a Review

  1. Navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard.

  2. Locate the active review cycle.

  3. Find the employee whose review you need to complete.

  4. Click Do Review next to the employee's name.

Note: The Do Review button is available only after the review cycle's Open Date. Before the open date, the review cannot be accessed.

Complete the Review

Within the review:

  1. Answer all applicable review questions.

  2. Provide ratings and comments where required.

  3. Create and evaluate goals if the review includes a goal review section.

  4. Complete any additional sections configured for the review template.

Once all required information has been entered, click Submit to complete the review.

Save Your Progress

You do not have to complete the review in a single session.

At any time, you can:

  • Close the review.

  • Navigate away from the page.

  • Return later to continue working.

All entered responses are automatically saved as a Draft, allowing you to resume from where you left off.

Resubmit a Returned Review

If a submitted review is returned for changes:

  1. Navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard.

  2. Open the review cycle.

  3. Click Do Review for the returned review.

  4. Review the return comments provided by the reviewer or administrator.

  5. Update the review based on the requested changes.

  6. Click Submit to resubmit the review.
