The Aspire module enables organizations to define, manage, and grow employee careers through structured competencies and career tracks. It provides a foundation for career development, skills assessment, and long-term growth planning.

Aspire is tightly integrated with Reviews v3 and must be enabled before it can be used.

Prerequisite

Reviews v3 must be enabled to access and use the Aspire module.

If Reviews v3 is not enabled, Aspire will not be available to administrators or employees.

Aspire Module Structure

The Aspire module is divided into two core sections:

  1. Competencies

  2. Tracks
