View Results – My Profile

The View Results section in My Profile allows employees to review the outcomes of their performance reviews across different review cycles and process types.

Employees can:

  • View detailed review results

  • See scores (if enabled)

  • Analyze feedback by reviewer or by question

  • Export results for offline access

  • Acknowledge and sign off on completed reviews

Access

  1. Navigate to My Profile

  2. Go to the Reviews section

  3. Select a completed review cycle

  4. Click View Results

Review Results Overview

The View Results page provides a consolidated view of:

  • Review process types (e.g., Self Review, Manager Review, Peer Review)

  • Submitted responses

  • Scores (if enabled during cycle launch)

  • Reviewer feedback

Each process type can be accessed individually for detailed insights.

Viewing Review Details

Employees can view results for each process type included in the review cycle.

Process Types May Include:

  • Self Review

  • Manager Review

  • Contributor Review

  • Upward Review

Selecting a process type displays:

  • Questions

  • Responses

Viewing Scores

If scoring is enabled during the review cycle launch, employees will see:

  • Overall score

Note

  • Score visibility depends on admin configuration

  • If not enabled, scores will not be displayed

Viewing Responses

Employees can view review responses in two formats:

1. By Reviewer

  • Displays responses grouped by reviewer

  • Useful for understanding individual feedback sources

2. By Question

  • Displays all responses grouped by question

  • Useful for comparing feedback across reviewers

Users can switch between these views for better analysis.

Exporting Results

Employees can export their review results for offline access.

Steps:

  1. Click Export as PDF

  2. The system generates a downloadable PDF including:

    • Review details

    • Responses

    • Scores (if available)

Sign-Off / Acknowledgement

Employees are required to acknowledge their review results.

Behavior:

  • A Sign Off or Acknowledge button is available

  • Clicking the button confirms that the employee has reviewed the results

Post Acknowledgement:

  • The review is marked as acknowledged

  • No further action is required from the employee
