Manager Approving Contributor Nominations for a Direct Report

If a review cycle is configured to allow Reviewees to Nominate Contributors, managers are responsible for reviewing and approving the contributor nominations submitted by their direct reports.

Managers can:

  • Approve the nominated contributors.

  • Replace one or more nominated contributors before approving.

  • Approve nominations for each direct report individually.

Review Contributor Nominations

  1. Navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard.

  2. Locate the active review cycle.

  3. Click Approve.

  4. Select the direct report whose nominations you want to review.

The submitted contributor nominations for that employee will be displayed.

Approve Submitted Nominations

If the submitted contributors are appropriate:

  1. Review the nominated contributors.

  2. Click Approve.

The approved contributors will be assigned to complete contributor reviews.

Replace a Nominated Contributor

If you would like to assign a different contributor:

  1. Remove the contributor you do not want to approve.

  2. Select a new contributor (gets auto approved)

  3. Ensure the total number of approved contributors matches the number required for the review cycle.

  4. Click Submit.

The updated contributor list will be used for the contributor review process.
