The platform includes pre-built survey templates that administrators can use to quickly create and launch surveys without building them from scratch. These templates are designed for common organizational use cases such as engagement, onboarding, feedback, wellness, and employee sentiment.
Accessing Survey Templates
Navigate to Manage Surveys
Select the Templates section
This page displays all available survey templates, including system-provided out-of-the-box templates and any custom templates created within the organization.
Reviewing Out-of-the-Box Templates
Out-of-the-box templates are pre-configured survey templates provided by the platform.
Admins can:
Review template structure
Preview included questions
Understand survey flow before use
Reuse templates for future surveys
Previewing a Template
To review a template in detail:
Click on the template name or preview option
The template preview allows administrators to review:
Survey title
Scale questions
Question content
Use Survey action button to use the template as a copy and make modifications
