Step 1: Template-Level Score Calculation (Per Review Process)
Each review process (Self and Manager) independently calculates a score based on the template.
1. Question Score Calculation (50% of total)
Since there are 2 questions:
Each question contributes 25% to total score
(50% ÷ 2 = 25%)

Self Review Score

Goals: 80% × 50% = 40%
Self Total = 45% + 40% = 85%
Step 2: Apply Process Weights
Now apply the cycle-level weights:

Self: 30%

Manager → 90% × 70% = 63%
