The Useful Links module allows users to organize important resources, websites, and internal tools directly from the Dashboard. Users can create both links and folders, including nested folders, to maintain a clean and structured resource library.
Accessing Useful Links
Navigate to the Dashboard
Open the Useful Links widget/module
This section displays all available links and folders the user has access to view and manage.
Creating a Useful Link
To add a new link:
Click the Add button
Select Add Link
This opens the Create Useful Link modal.
Creating a Folder
Folders help organize links into categories and support nested structures for better navigation.
To create a folder:
Click the Add button
Select Add Folder
This opens the Create Folder modal.

This allows users to create multi-level folder structures for organizing resources
Click on the blue title for your desired destination and you will be brought to the link in another tab.
