MANAGER
View Your Manager Reward Balance
Navigate to My Team.
Select Rewards.
Your available Manager Reward Bucket is displayed at the top of the page.
This balance represents the reward points allocated by your Rewards Administrator and is separate from your personal reward points.
Manager reward points can be used in two ways:
Create and manage team challenges for their direct reports
Gift reward points directly to their direct reports.
Both features are available from My Team > Rewards.
Create and Manage Challenges
Managers can motivate employees by creating challenges with point-based rewards.
Create a Challenge
Navigate to My Team > Rewards.
Open Manager Rewards Bucket.
Click Create Challenge.
Enter the challenge details, including:
Challenge name
Description
Participants
Completion criteria
Reward point value
Launch Date and frequency
proof requirement
Approval settings
Save and publish the challenge by hitting Create Challenge button
When employees successfully complete the challenge, the configured reward points are awarded from the manager's allocation bucket.
Challenge Approvals
Managers can access all approvals related to Manager Challenges under Challenge Approvals tab
Gift Reward Points
Managers can also reward employees directly without creating a challenge.
Gift Points
Navigate to My Team > Rewards.
Select Gift Points.
Choose one or more employees from your reporting hierarchy.
Enter the number of points to award.
Optionally include a recognition message.
Confirm the gift, by hitting Send Gift Points button
The awarded points are deducted from your available manager reward balance.
EMPLOYEE
Employees can view manager-awarded rewards and challenges from:
My Profile > Rewards or
Rewards module on the left hand side
Here they can:
View points received from their manager.
See Earned Points history.
View active challenges assigned to them.
Earn reward points upon successful challenge completion.
