To access this page:
Navigate to My Team.
Select the Career Development section.
This dashboard displays development insights for all direct reports through three primary widgets.
Team Members Widget
The Team Members widget provides an overview of each employee’s career development status.
For each team member, managers can view:
Competency Score – Displays the employee’s competency score if an assessment has been completed.
Current Role – Shows the role the employee has their current position linked to.
This widget helps managers quickly identify employees who are progressing toward their career goals and those who may require additional support or development planning.
Managers can click on any team member in the list to view more detailed career information.
1:1 Call History Widget
The 1:1 Call History widget displays past development conversations between managers and their team members.
Each entry typically includes:
Interaction type (Review, Sync, Feedback)
Employee name
Date and time
Completion status
This widget helps managers track previous discussions and stay prepared for upcoming one-on-one meetings.
Feedback Widget
The Feedback widget provides visibility into feedback that team members have received through reviews or feedback processes.
Managers can review feedback entries to understand:
Areas where employees are performing well
Development opportunities
Feedback trends across the team
This information helps managers guide coaching conversations and development planning.
Managers can leave feedback from the detail view.
Viewing an Employee’s Career Development Profile
Managers can click on any team member from the dashboard to open an expanded view of that employee’s Career Development profile.
This expanded view mirrors the employee’s My Profile → Career Development page and includes:
Career path progression
Current role and target role
Competency assessments
Comparison tool
1:1 call history
Notes and feedback
This allows managers to review the employee’s development data in detail and support meaningful career growth conversations.
Manager's competency scores are derived from Review with competency portion.
