Pre-Populated Questions & Templates

New accounts will now include pre-populated questions and templates during initial setup to help organizations get started more quickly.

Performance Reviews now include additional pre-populated review content to help organizations launch review programs more quickly and consistently.

This update introduces:

  • 3 new review categories

  • 10 new review questions

  • 3 new scored review templates

All additions are specific to the Performance Reviews module.

  1. How consistently does the employee meet or exceed performance expectations?

  2. How effectively does the employee demonstrate ownership and accountability for their work?

  3. How effectively does the employee communicate with team members and stakeholders?

  4. How well does the employee collaborate and contribute to team goals?

  5. How often does the employee take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement?

  6. How well does the employee adapt to feedback and changing priorities?

  7. To what extent does the employee demonstrate the skills and knowledge required for their role?
