Accessing the Forms Module
Users can access the Forms Module from the main navigation menu.
The Forms dashboard contains multiple sections that help users manage their form-related tasks and approvals.
Common sections include:
Form Requested
Pending Approval
My Forms
Create Form
Form Requested
The Form Requested section displays forms that have been assigned to the logged-in user for completion.
Complete Form: Opens the assigned form and allows the user to submit responses.
Pending Approval
The Pending Approval section displays submitted forms that require the logged-in user’s review or approval.
Approval progress indicators show:
Number of completed approvals
Total required approvers
Example:
0 / 3 Approvers
1 / 3 Approvers
This helps approvers track workflow progress and outstanding approvals.
Review Form: Allows approvers to:
Review submitted responses
Approve submissions
Reject submissions
Submit a Form
Click on Create Form button to start.
Subject: Choose the employee or user the form is being submitted for.
The subject represents the individual associated with the form submission.
Template: Choose the form template to use for submission.
Available templates are filtered based on:
User permissions
Form template privileges
After selecting the subject and template:
Click Continue
Complete the form fields
Submit the form
