How Private Questions Work
When a question is marked as private:
The response is visible only to:
The form submitter
Administrators
The response is hidden from:
The subject of the form
Other non-admin viewers unless explicitly permitted
This allows organizations to collect sensitive or confidential feedback without exposing responses to the reviewed employee or subject.
Marking a Question as Private
While creating or editing a form template:
Open the desired question
Enable the Private Question toggle or option
Once enabled:
The question is treated as confidential during form submission and review
