The Custom Items feature allows administrators to create and manage custom reward items within the Rewards Catalog. These items can be redeemed by employees through the rewards and recognition experience.
Accessing Custom Items
Navigate to Manage Rewards
Select Manage Catalog
Open the Custom Items section
The Custom Items page displays all existing custom reward items and allows administrators to create new ones.
Adding a Custom Item
To create a new custom reward item:
Click Add Custom Item
Complete the required item details
Save the item
Once saved, the custom item becomes available within the Rewards Catalog based on the configured settings.
Manual Approval Requirement
Administrators can specify whether the custom item requires manual approval before fulfillment.
