Onboarding Checklist: High Five Settings

Configure High Fives per person

Administrators can define recognition limits, configure visibility settings, manage tags, and customize High Five allowances for specific employees.

High Fives encourage employee appreciation and engagement by allowing employees to recognize peers for contributions, collaboration, and achievements.

Accessing High Fives Configuration

  1. Navigate to System Management

  2. Select Organization > Recognition

  3. Open High Fives Section

The following configuration sections are available:

Recognition Name

Administrators can customize the display name used for recognition throughout the platform.

Recognition Limits

Administrators can control how many High Fives employees are allowed to give within a specified time period.

Default High Five Allocation

The default allocation applies to all employees unless a custom employee-specific limit is configured.

Available Options

  • Unlimited

  • Specific Count

Example:

  • 100 High Fives

Frequency Period

When a specific count is selected, administrators must define the reset period.

Available Periods

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

  • Yearly

Employee-Specific Customization

Administrators can override the default organization-wide High Five allocation for specific employees.

This allows different recognition limits to be assigned based on role, department, leadership level, or special recognition programs.

Custom High Five Points

Administrators can configure:

  • Employee

  • Custom Point Allocation

Override Behavior

Employee-specific configurations always take priority over the organization-wide default settings.
