How the Other Option Works
When enabled:
An Other option appears alongside the configured answer choices
Selecting Other displays a text input field
Respondents can enter additional context or a custom response
This helps improve flexibility and ensures users can provide answers that may not fit predefined options.
Enabling the Other Option
While configuring a Multiple Choice question:
Enable the Include Other Option setting
Once enabled:
The form automatically displays:
An “Other” selectable option
A text box for additional input when selected
