Accessing Profile Visibility Settings
Navigate to System Management
Open General Settings
Locate the Show or Hide Emails section
This section controls visibility settings for employee contact information.
Configurable Visibility Options
Admins can independently manage visibility for:
Employee Email Addresses
Employee Phone Numbers
Each option is controlled using a toggle setting.
Email Visibility
When enabled:
Employee email addresses are visible on profiles
Users can view contact emails where profile access is permitted
When disabled:
Email addresses are hidden from employee profiles
Users cannot view employee email information within the platform
Phone Number Visibility
When enabled:
Employee phone numbers are displayed on profiles
Contact numbers are accessible to permitted users
When disabled:
Phone numbers are hidden from employee profiles
