Compensation
Salary Based Guidance
While creating a compensation cycle, you now have the option to provide guidance to your recommenders based on each employees current level of pay. This would allow the compensation admin to create different salary ranges and custom guidance based on those ranges.
Add Participants to an active Compensation Cycle
Compensation admins will now be able to add new participants to an existing compensation cycle. Now if you forget anyone no need to create a whole new cycle or start over you can simply add them to the cycle and the guidance you have implemented will be added to their recommender and approver they should be assigned to.
Goals
Progress logs on goals
Employees and their supervisors now have the ability to look back on the progress and history of specific goals to see when the progress was updated or when certain aspects of it were changed. This lets supervisors know additional context around the goal progress each of their employee is working towards over the length of the year.
Performance Management
Adding multiple Reviewers for each review process
Performance Management Admins are now able to add additional reviewers mid cycle whenever they are looking for additional people to participate in a review process. Many times managers may want additional people that haver interacted with their employees to provide formal feedback as part of the review process. Now, any admin is able to add these additional reviewers per person and have their feedback broken out and visible from their direct supervisors feedback as well.
Mobile App
Chat support is now enabled in the mobile app
Any user is now able to chat in and receive support from directly inside the mobile app. Users will also receive updates directly to them to make sure they receive the support they need no matter where they use Flex® Engage.
