This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.
Compensation
Edit Recommenders after a cycle has been launched
After a compensation cycle has launched, you are now able to edit any participants recommender. This now accommodates any changes you make after the cycle has been launched and is not dependent on who the users manager is.
Tenure Based Guidance
While setting up a compensation cycle, you now have the ability to give guidance on compensation increases based on the employee's tenure. This allows compensation programs to be customized to promote and support longevity in certain roles.
Improved Compensation Exports
By improving .csv & .xlsx exports we aim to make it easier for admins to break down and report on compensation trends and insights. We have aimed to avoid any unnecessary information and allow people to focus on whats important.
Compensation Acknowledgements
After compensation cycles are completed, we now collect an acknowledgement from employees before they open their compensation statement. This allows compensation admins the ability to track who has or has not reviewed their compensation statements.
Rewards
Number of challenges completed is now shown
We now show the number of times certain challenges have been completed by members of the team. This should allow your rewards admins to be able to quickly see the challenges that are most popular and are driving engagement the most to think of other similar challenges to keep engagement high!
Toggle to prevent Peer recognition from counting towards rewards balances
For users who want to use rewards without having each High Five contribute to employee reward balances, there is now an option to toggle and disable points from being counted through High Fives. What this means is that now points will be able to be earned from Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, Badges, Challenges, and manual point distribution. This also means that each component to rewards is now optional to include to truly allow a fully customized rewards program.
News & Event
Private Comments in News
News Admins will now see an option when creating news posts that will allow options to have public, private, or no comments at all allowed on news posts. The default remains public comments for posts, however feel free to think of different news posts that may make sense for private news. As an example, we have already seen customers use games like posting a photo of a jar with m&ms inside of it and allow people to comment privately to not influence other employees guess with the winner receiving a prize.
News Permission Addition
You will notice a new permission that will allow certain users to manage THEIR news articles as opposed to ALL news posts. This will now allow certain users to create, edit, and add news posts without being able to manage all posts and see all private comments of other posts.
Data Management
Users with duplicate emails will now be supported
Users with duplicate emails will now no longer be prevented from being added so going forward as long as there is either a personal or work email added they will populate in Flex® Engage.
Other
High Fives tags can now be manually ordered rather than alphabetically
Date format updated in redeemed rewards report
compensation band placement now visible for completed compensation cycles
improved data sync logging
Filter specific exports for rewards reports
