Non-Anonymous Surveys

You have the ability to choose if surveys should be anonymous or non-anonymous when you build a new survey within Paychex Flex® Engage. Non-Anonymous surveys include the name, email, and a link to the user’s profile with answers for reporting and analysis.

When building a new survey, you will be presented with the below option after adding a Survey title:


File Upload Question Type for Non-Anonymous Surveys

You can utilize a File Upload question type that will ask responders to upload a file to the survey. These files will also be uploaded to the responder’s Paychex Flex® Engage profile in the Survey Response Files section of the Documents tab.

The upload will support the following file types:

  • PDF

  • DOC

  • DOCX

  • XLS

  • XLSX

  • CSV

  • JPG

  • JPEG

  • PNG

Enhanced Survey Results

Non-Anonymous surveys have access to a Responses tab on the results for enhanced analytics and insights. Administrators are be able to track survey responders and also access any file uploads that have been added.

The Responses tab also includes a CSV export option to easily access and download the data. If the File Upload question type was used in the survey, the CSV export will also include direct hyperlinks to the images/files that were uploaded to the survey.
