Log in to your Paychex Flex® Engage account

Click Surveys on the left hand side menu

Any Surveys that remain to be taken will display on this landing page.

Click Take Survey on the far right hand side of the survey you would like to complete.

Complete the survey, completing all questions that are mandatory (red asterisk).

Once you have answered all questions select the Submit button at the bottom of the survey.
