Steps to Create Company Badges
Log in to your Paychex Flex ® Engage account
On the left hand side menu, click the drop down from Organization under System Management
Click on Recognition
In the top right corner, click Create Company Badge
Select if you would like to use a symbol from our library or upload your own photo.
If you choose to upload your own image, select the photo saved to your computer by clicking Browse.
Please keep in mind that the allowed files are png, jpg, jpeg, svg+xml, bmp up to 1MB.
After you have selected a symbol or uploaded your own image, you will provide a name for the Badge and an optional short description.
Click Save.
