The AI Generate feature helps administrators quickly create compensation band ranges by generating recommended compensation values based on the selected Band Name and Job Type.
Instead of manually researching and entering compensation ranges, AI provides recommended Minimum, Target, and Maximum compensation amounts that can be reviewed and adjusted before saving.
This feature is designed to improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate the compensation band creation process.
Generate Compensation Recommendations
To generate compensation band recommendations:
Navigate to Manage Compensation > Compensation Bands
Create a new compensation band by clicking on Add Band
Enter the Band Name.
Select the appropriate Job Type:
Executive
Manager
Employee
Click Generate.
The AI will analyze the selected information and generate recommended compensation base pay values.
AI-Generated Recommendations
After generation, the following values are populated in the compensation band for base pay:
Minimum Compensation
Target Compensation
Maximum Compensation
These recommendations are automatically displayed in the compensation band details section.
Review and Edit Recommendations
AI-generated values are provided as recommendations and can be modified before saving.
Administrators can:
Accept the recommended values.
Edit one or more compensation amounts.
Save the compensation band with either the original AI recommendations or their own adjustments.
Finish setting up the employees and variable pay details and save the band
AI Recommendations
To clearly distinguish AI-generated values from manually entered values:
AI-generated compensation amounts are identified as recommendations.
Administrators retain full control over the final compensation band values.
The AI assists with generating market-aligned starting points but does not automatically save or enforce compensation ranges.
