Previously, these settings were managed at the organization level and automatically applied to every compensation cycle. To provide greater flexibility, Cycle Settings are now configured independently for each compensation cycle.
This allows organizations to tailor settings based on the requirements of each individual compensation cycle without affecting other cycles. This includes custom compensation statement content per cycle.
What's Changed?
The Global Cycle Settings page has been removed from the organization-level administration.

System Management → Manage Compensation → Cycle Settings
Cycle Settings are now configured directly within the Compensation Cycle Builder.
Configure Cycle Settings
To configure settings for a compensation cycle:
Navigate to Manage Compensation.
Create a new compensation cycle or edit an existing one.
Complete the compensation cycle configuration steps.
On the final step of the Compensation Cycle Builder, open Cycle Settings.
Configure the desired settings for the current compensation cycle.
Save or publish the compensation cycle.
The configured settings apply only to the compensation cycle being created or edited.

If you want to include compensation statements for employees then enable the toggle and update the title, content and logo.
