Administrators can control whether employees are able to view submitted forms from their My Profile after submission by using the Hide Visibility from Employee setting.
This setting is configured at the Form Template level and applies to all form submissions created from that template.
It is intended for forms assigned to employees by managers or administrators where submitted responses should remain confidential or should not be accessible to the employee after submission.
Note: This setting is available only for Manager and above form templates. It is not available for Employee form templates, as employees should always be able to view forms they submit for themselves.
Configure the Visibility Setting
When publishing a form template:
Create or edit a form template.
Proceed to the Publish step.
Select Managers & Up
Locate the Hide Visibility from Employee toggle.
Choose the desired setting:
Enabled – Employees cannot view forms created from this template.
Disabled – Employees can view their submitted forms after submission.
Publish the form template.
The selected setting is saved as part of the form template configuration and is applied to all future submissions created from that template.
When Enabled
If Hide Visibility from Employee is enabled:
Employees cannot view forms submitted on them from the template.
The submitted form is hidden from the employee after submission and approval from My profile > Forms or Forms module.
Administrators and other users with the appropriate permissions can continue to view the submission.
Form submission, approval workflows, notifications, and reporting are unaffected.
When Disabled
If Hide Visibility from Employee is disabled:
Employees can view their submitted forms after submission.
Administrators, managers, and other authorized users continue to have access based on their permissions.

Form Requests
Wherever form visibility is evaluated, the system checks the Hide Visibility from Employee setting before displaying the submitted form to the employee.
Existing Form Templates
For all existing form templates:
The Hide Visibility from Employee setting defaults to Disabled (False).
Existing templates continue to behave as they do today unless an administrator explicitly enables the setting.
