Systems: Contract Renewal Reminder Notifications

Admins can define how far in advance reminder notifications should be sent before renewal dates.

  • Navigate to System Management

  • Click on Access Management

  • Hit View button against a system you want to update

  • Hit Edit to open the side panel view

Renewal Reminder

The setting includes:

  • A numeric input field

  • A drop down of frequency options

This allows admins to specify how many days before the renewal date reminder notifications should be triggered.

Emails are sent to System Admins accordingly
