Flex Users Can Create their Organization's Engage Account
Users are now eligible to register for their organizations Engage account. During the registration process, the only difference will be the option to include users will be locked because the person actually creating the account is a user themselves.
Flex Users are now Eligible to Participate in Engage
Users who are non workers are now able to be pulled into Paychex Flex Engage. Each connected Flex ID will have the option to enable users to be imported from their flex account into Engage. Keep in mind, this decision will be made for all users in flex and cannot be made for specific people.
