This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.
Data Management
Seniority Date Prioritization Toggle
If organizations wish to use employees seniority dates in place of employees original hire date, they will now be able to decide to prioritize an employees seniority date to display for employees in Engage. Keep in mind, if organizations choose to prioritize seniority date, this will replace employees hire dates in every part of the engage application including performance management, rewards, employee anniversaries, tenure based surveys, etc.
Forms
PDF export for Forms
Completed forms are now able to be exported as a PDF. Any employees who have permission to view the results are able to generate a PDF export.
Date Selection Question Type Added
You are now able to create a new type of question when making form templates. The new date picker question will allow you to ask a question and prompt the employee who is responding to pick a day from a calendar selector to ensure data accuracy in questions relating to dates.
Completion Notifications to Employees Manager's Manager
When a form is now completed, the employees manager's manager will now receive a notification letting them know it has been submitted with a link to view the form.
Score Visibility Options
When creating a form template, you will now have the option to decide how you would like the score to be shown. You can choose between a tier based score, numeric score, or percent score. This can be configured per template to offer maximum flexibility. This score method will be shown in all the placed that score is shown to employees.
Performance Management
PDF Export Improvement
The PDF exports for completed Performance Reviews have been enhanced to provide a better visual and include even more context about the review.
Manager Hierarchy Results Improvement
Managers will now be able to see completed performance reviews for anyone below them in their hierarchy even if any of their direct reports were not participants in the performance review cycle.
Goal Description now Visible in One on Ones
Descriptions of goals are now visible to users in their one on ones to allow them to have all the necessary information to provide updates with their managers from within the one on one page.
Review Template Archive Status
Performance Review templates are now able to be archived rather than deleted. Templates can be archived even if they are already used in any of your active review cycles. By making a template archived it will allow you to re-use the template name.
Review Question Archive Status
Similar to templates, questions can now be marked as archived which will be saved but not able to be used in the future. This will make the names of the questions available to use for future questions.
Hide Average Score Toggle
A new organization setting has been added to hide the review average score. This score is visible on the side panel when completing or viewing review results. If you elect to keep it visible, it averages all the reviews that the employee has access to view and displays the average, if it is now selected to be hidden it will just show the number of reviews completed on the employee.
Rewards
Rewards Account Self Funding
Rewards administrators are now able to self fund their reward accounts to ensure the fastest delivery method available. By entering your credit card you will be able to instantly have access to funds for your reward account to process. This process aims to make the reward funding process easier with less waiting time needed.
Rewards Funding Report
This new report available in the rewards funding tab inside of the manage rewards section will detail all of the deposits made into your account and the dates those deposits were made. This aims to make it easier to view the rewards funding history for each account.
Messaging
Message only Privilege
There is now a new messaging permission that will allow users to participate in one on one and group messaging but will not allow them to send messages in channels created in the organization. To take advantage of this, you can go into the permissions for the access group in question and remove the channel sending access.
Admin Channel Deletion Privilege
Messaging Administrators will now have access to delete channels they are not members of. If they see a channel and want to delete it they can now delete it right from the channel preview screen.
Surveys
Applied Filters Shown in CSV Export
After exporting results from a survey, you will now see the filters applied to the file at the bottom of the file. This will not be included if there are no filters applied to the results when you initiate a export.
Send Surveys by Company ID
While sending a survey, you will now see a new option available to send a survey by Flex Company ID.
Access Management
Device Import Option
Devices are now able to be imported from a spreadsheet into the access management module. You are able to do this by going to the devices section and click the option to import devices, after doing so you will be asked to select a device type and it will provide you a sample csv where you will need to fill out and import back in where you will see all of your devices added.
Manager Dashboard
Managers now have access to view each of their direct reports Devices and Systems that are assigned to them. They can select each employee and view the details of each in the event they need to support them or look into their access.
Org Chart
Messages can be Sent from Org Chart
Employees are now able to initiate messages by searching for people on the org chart and clicking on their photo, it will open their detail side drawer with an option to message them. By clicking the button it will initiate a one on one message with that employee.
Dashboard
Useful Link Folders
Useful links can now be organized into folders to make it easier to organize important company resources. By clicking the add button, you will now have the option to add either a new link or a new folder. To view or add more items into a folder you can click on it to open the contents of the folder selected.
Disable GIFs Toggle
Organizations now have the option to hide gifs from being given as part of High Fives. This setting can be switched in the High Five section of the recognition settings. If this setting is enabled, users will be unable to add GIFs to future High Fives given.
Disable Event Notifications
When creating events, you are now able to toggle the option to disable notifications from being sent out for the event. This will apply to all of the notifications associated with the event thats created

Custom Org Charts
Administrators will be able to create and save custom org charts. These org charts can be built to show organization changes or opportunities that companies want to plot out and visualize.
Private Questions in Forms
Private questions can be added to forms that can be completed on employees but not visible to the subject of the form and only the subject's managers and administrators.
Option for "Other" in Multiple Choice Question in Forms
For multiple choice questions, youll soon have the option to add an "other" option where if selected the employee will be able to enter a value other than the ones listed.
Tasks Improvement
Tasks are getting a large improvement. Soon you will have the option to create shared boards based on employee information. Create new custom stages on the kanban board, and even add new custom fields for each board to be used when creating tasks.
Administrator form Completion requests
Currently, forms are very employee/manager driven. Soon we will be introducing a way for administrators to request somebody to fill out a form on a subject of their choosing. This will be listed and reportable to stay up to date on open requests.
Additional Reviewers in Performance Reviews
We are going to soon be expanding the total possible reviewers that are allowed to complete a performance review on a specific reviewee. This will not only include expanding the number of possible reviewers but also allowing external people to act as a reviewer if invited.
