How to View a 1:1 (One-on-One)
Login to your Paychex Flex® Engage account.
Click on My Profile on the left-hand menu.
From your Profile, please click on the One on Ones tab at the top of your screen.
Your One on Ones page will display your scheduled upcoming One on Ones.
Click View 1:1s on the right-hand side of the screen.
