This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.

Compensation:

Recommender based filter on admin view

Compensation admins now have a new view available inside of the compensation cycle admin view. You are now able to filter the recommendation views by recommender. By selecting a recommender from the list, the budget numbers will be updated to show just the amounts available to the recommender to easily see how each recommender distributed their funds to their employees.

Hide Cycle Visibility for People Who Receive no Increases

Going forward, users who receive no increase for all components of a compensation cycle will not see any results when they look on their profile because nothing was distributed to them. Keep in mind, if they are given something for a single component they will see their compensation statement at the end of the cycle if it is shared with employees.

Data Management:

Account Registration Flow

New Customers will now register for the Engage Product directly from inside of Flex. This new self onboarding flow aims to get up and running on the product even faster!

Employees Activated Automatically

Going forward, newly added Employees will be marked as active automatically when they are added to the engage product. They no longer will need to verify their email and activate their account and instead be marked as active immediately.

Turn on the Employee Tile in Flex

Admins are now able to decide exactly when they would like to enable the employee tile in Flex and enable it themselves. You are now able to go to the Import Data page on the left hand menu and click the check box next to each connected ID that says "Enable Employee Tile" when you hover over it.

Access Management

Dashboard for High Level Visibility

A whole new dashboard has been added for the access management feature. This is a great tool for forecasting expected costs that come up with certain products and services. It also gives a high level view of how many of each device are in play as well as gives a warning of software renewal decisions that may be coming soon.

Cost per User Contract Cost Types

A new contract type has been added for users to add based on their software cost structure. This pricing flexibility can be used to show what your system cost could be if you keep the system up to date. This can be paired with any other contract cost type.

Flat Rate Contract Cost Type:

A new contact types has been added for users to add based on their software cost structure. The flat rate option will be able to reflect the cost of a consistent price over a given time period. This can be combined with any other contact cost type to allow the most flexibility as possible.

Employee Level Visibility

End users are now able to view assigned system and devices to keep track of the items assigned to them. This also lets them take advantage of the software opportunities that have been assigned to them in tools across the company.

Forms:

Clear View of Subject and Submitter On The Top of Form

At the top of each form, you can now easily see who the person was that submitted the form and who the person was that was the subject of the form. This also includes information about each persons department and position.

Submitter Added for Admin History Views

In the History and Pending for approval pages you will now see the submitter of the form to see much faster the important details associated without needing to open it first.

Messaging:

Admin Access to Private Channels

As a messaging admin, you will now have the ability to explore all private channels in addition to the public channels. Admins no longer require to be part of a channel to view messages inside of private channels and instead now have access to view on their own without needing to join.

Tasks:

New Tasks added to One on Ones

The new Task product has replaced the older legacy task product inside of the one on one experience. You will now be able to view the same one on ones that are visible to users on the left hand menu while you are conducting a one on one with your manager or employees.

Display ID as a new Visibility Filter

Display ID has been added as a new filter to send news and Events. When sending news & Events now Admins are able to select to send the item to just people in a certain display IDs without needing to send it to all users.

Coming Soon

User permission to only allow them to view channels

We are planning to add a new privilege that will let users have access to the direct messaging feature set and let them view messages in channels but not have the ability to send messages in those channels themselves.

PDF exports for Completed Forms

Users will soon be able to export forms as a PDF to save and store completed forms. These PDFs will have all the details on the current view.

Option to use Seniority Date

Admins will be able to toggle to decide if they would like to use Seniority date or the current hire date that is being used. This decision will apply across the whole organization and not for specific connected IDs.

Notifications for Manager's Manager For Forms Approvals

This new email notification aims to make it easier for Manager's Manager to stay up to date and keep up with required actions.

Visibility Settings for Self and Manager Reviews

Currently, there is no way to restrict visibility on a manager or self review. We plan to change this by adding visibility settings for those that want to hide feedback to employees that has been given to employees.

Score Settings on Forms

We are planning to add new score settings to forms similar to what exists in reviews. When creating a form, you will decide if you would like the score like it is now as a percent, if it should be shown from 0 to a number up to 10, or create tier labels that will show based on certain score ranges.

Non Worker Users Will Have Access

For Users on the Paychex Flex Platform, Non Worker Users will soon be able to access the Engage product just like regular Workers. Admins will get to decide for each connected ID if they would like users to be included or if they should be excluded. Keep in mind, this decision will be made for ALL users in the connected ID and you will not be able to decide if you want to have only some of the users in the account.

Survey Data in Report Builder

Survey data will soon be able to be included in the report builder. You will be able to create new data elements off of questions you have asked in a survey previously. These can be directly compared with results that may have been done for a performance review to make it easy to view certain trends.
