Enabling the Tile on Paychex Flex® Dashboard

This article provides System Administrators with step-by-step instructions for enabling the Flex® Engage tile on the Paychex Flex® dashboard. Enabling this tile ensures that employees can easily access the Flex® Engage platform directly from their Paychex Flex® dashboard.

The Flex® Engage tile serves as the primary access point for employees and managers to launch Engage features - such as performance reviews, goals, recognition, and surveys... all from within Paychex Flex®. If the tile is not visible, employees may experience difficulty accessing Engage or assume access has not been granted.


Steps to Enable the Flex® Engage Tile

  1. Log in to your Paychex Flex® Engage platform.

  2. Navigate to the Import Data tab.
    From the left-hand menu, this tab is the last tab at the bottom, under System Management.

  3. Click on Manage Client IDs.

  4. Select the checkmark icon next to the Paychex Flex® Client ID# that you wish to make the tile visible for.
    NOTE... If you have multiple IDs within your Flex® Engage platform, you will need to click on the checkmark icon for each ID in order for the tile to be visible on those subsequent dashboards.

  5. Once you have enabled the visibility for your Client ID(s), we recommend that you login to your Paychex Flex® account and verify that you can now see the Launch Engage tile on your dashboard.
