The Nomination process in the performance review cycle enables employees to propose contributors (peer reviewers) who can provide valuable feedback based on shared work experiences. Once submitted, managers are responsible for approving or modifying these selections. This multi-step process ensures that relevant and balanced feedback is included in the performance review.
1. Do Nomination
Employees are allowed to nominate up to a predefined/specified number of contributors from across the organization.
Accessing Nomination:
Go to the Performance Reviews tab in the navigation panel.
Locate the active review cycle and expand it using the dropdown arrow.
Under the Nomination section, click Do Nomination.
Nominate Contributor Dialog:
Instruction: Indicates the maximum number of nominations allowed (e.g., “Choose up to 3 employees…”).
Tip Section: Provides context for contributor feedback, emphasizing its value in identifying growth areas.

Checkboxes become disabled once the maximum number of contributors is selected.
Note: The Submit button is only enabled once the required number of contributors is selected. Until then, submission is not allowed.
2. Approve
Managers review and confirm the contributors nominated by their direct reports.
Accessing Approval:
Within the same review cycle, under Nomination, click Approve.
The Approve Nominate Contributors screen opens.
Approval Interface:
Each Nominator (employee) is listed along with their nominated contributors.
Managers have the ability to:
Review each nomination.
Approve or reject nominations.
Use Add New Contributor to assign different contributors if needed.
Utilize the search bar to quickly locate alternate contributors.
Approval Requirement: Managers must approve the full set of contributors for each employee before proceeding.
Final Approval:
Once all required contributors (count predefined) are approved, the Submit button becomes active.
Click Submit to finalize the approval process.
