This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.
Rewards:
Custom Company Swag
Beginning this month, you are now able to add custom company swag as a redemption option as part of our rewards suite. By enabling this feature, you have access to thousands of branded products that when redeemed are shipped directly to your employee's doorsteps. This new feature allows an easier way to distribute branded gear without needing to warehouse anywhere. There are no minimum order quantities or minimum annual commitments which makes for a great addition to rewards programming. Performance Management:
Button to view completed reviews from To Do section
As a manager, you are now able to directly click and view results after they are complete for your direct reports by going to the To Do screen and clicking the eye icon. This redirects directly to the My Team Results view where you can quickly change to view a different process or participant all together.
Preview submission while waiting for approvals
As a manager, after submitting a review, you are now able to view a preview of your submission while it is waiting to be approved by either the HR Admin or your direct supervisor.
PDF Improvements
Admins are now able to directly export the PDF report from the Admin Results view. The report also now includes additional context about the review participant at the top of the page.
Compensation Management:
Better Visibility for Hourly Workers
Hourly workers are now displayed when giving compensation recommendation as hourly rates rather than an annualized rate. This change aims to make compensation decisions clearer to managers who do not always think in annual amounts. As an administrator, you will also still see the annual amounts budgeted out for employees and the hourly recommendation submitted by the managers.
This change does not apply for any existing compensation cycles and will only take effect on future compensation cycles created.
Employee ID and Display ID added to Compensation Audit Page
Compensation Admins are now able to see each users Employee ID and Display ID when looking at the Compensation audit page.
News:
News Posting permission based on group membership
Admins will now see an additional permission under news in the access group management section. Manage Team News will allow users with that permission to post news article ONLY to groups that they are a part of. For example, they will only be able to post to departments, locations, or teams they are also members of. This removes the ability for users to have access to send to the whole company or nothing.
Profile:
Generate Profile from Uploading Resume
Users are now able to populate their entire user profile simply by uploading their resume into their profile. After uploading, their skills, hobbies, work experience, and education will all be populated. This new feature makes it even easier for employees to participate and populate information even easier than it was before!

Full Messaging and Push Notifications
Soon all messaging functionality including push notifications to phones will be available for users on both Android and iOS Devices.
Messaging:
Email/SMS notifications
Email and SMS notifications will allow users to be sent a daily reminder on their outstanding messages to let them know there are items to respond to!
Remove users from groups
Users will be able to remove other users from groups they have created.
Delete Groups
Messaging Admins will be able to delete Channels and Group conversations that may be no longer needed to them.
Rewards:
Points based on number of hours worked
Rewards admins will be able to assign a certain value per hour worked which will come directly from each pay period. If the employee meets the designated filter criteria points will be added to their rewards account to spend.
Org chart:
Color coded by department
When looking at the Org Chart users will now see it color coded by department with a label for the department above each department manager. The manager of the department can be set by going to Organization > Departments and editing each department.
AI:
Text editors will incorporate AI recommendations
Users entering text inside of our Text Editors will now have the option to highlight a certain section of text and be able to expand, shorter, change tone, or any custom prompt to expand upon your existing text.
News/Event creation
When creating a news/event post you will soon have the option to entriely generate your article by entering in what type of news or event you are looking to create and you will be able to have it entirely made for you to save time and energy. After creation of course you will be able to make any further changes or edits.
Compensation:
Hide Compensation Statements when an employee does not receive an increase
When employees receive no increase from a compensation cycle, whether their increase was $0 or their compensation changed mid cycle, they would not be able to see that they were included in the cycle when statements are published.
Compensation Cycle with just Bonus or Equity
Compensation cycles will soon be able to be created without requiring Base Pay increases to be included. This will mean cycles could be just Bonus or Just Equity increases.
