This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.
Compensation
Equity Management part of Compensation Management
When you create a new compensation cycle, you will now be able to include an employee's equity as a component in the adjustments. This is a new addition to allow even more components of a users total compensation package to be included.
Paychex Flex® Engage also supports different labels depending on your companies equity structure. When creating the cycle you will be able to determine if RSUs, Shares, or Options are visible to employees.
Employee Data Management
Toggle to Hide Employee Emails
We now support the ability to hide employee emails from being visible in user facing parts of the platform. This setting is managed in the organization settings section of the platform. This is helpful if admins are cautious of users emails being exposed to their coworkers. Admins will continue to be able to see their emails in the employee page.
Toggle to Hide Employee Phone Number
We now support the ability to hide employee phone numbers from being visible in user facing parts of the platform. This setting is managed in the organization settings section of the platform. This is helpful if admins are cautious of users phone numbers being exposed to their coworkers. Admins will continue to be able to see their phone numbers in the employee page.
Employee ID and Display ID Listed in Employee List
Both Employee ID and the Display ID of the company they are workers of are now included in the employee list. We plan to use these fields going forward to be able to filter and segment users based on these fields as an alternative to just searching by name or email.
Dashboard Filter
Display ID Added as Filter Option
Platform admins will now have the ability to set a filter on the dashboard widgets as well as high fives to view users within their own Display ID. This joins the other dashboard filter options that already exist today.
Restrict Editing Dashboard Filters
Platform admins have been given a new setting in the organization settings section to allow or restrict a users ability to edit the dashboard filter that is set for them. This would be helpful as an example if you wanted to restrict the ability for employees in one Display ID to see employees in other Display IDs that you have connected in your Engage account.
Surveys
Multiple Survey submissions are Supported
When creating new surveys you now have additional setting options that will allow your users to make more than 1 selection, choosing between a set number or allow for unlimited responses to your survey. If you choose to let users submit multiple times, they will continue to be bound by the active period of the survey. If the period ends, they will lose access to submit their survey exactly as they do today.
