This month we added brand new features to better engage your workforce.
Compensation
Bonus Guidance based on Previous Bonus Data
When you create your next compensation cycle with bonus included you will have the option to create guidance for your participants bonus selection that would be an increase over their last performance based bonus. When a cycle is created it will show the recommender and approver each employees last bonus amount and recommend a % increase on that, similar to how the regular base pay increases are calculated.
Performance Management
Ability to review goals inside of a review form
Users will now have the ability to have goals embed directly within the review form to evaluate an employee on how they did. When the review cycle is created, all of the reviews that are due within the cycle's Review Period will be included if the template is created and has the goals section included. The rating given to the review is independently selected by the evaluator regardless of the completion percentage of the goal itself. Also keep in mind, the goals that are present at the time the review is launched will be included, if any are created afterwards, they will not be included
Comments visible on PDF exports
Comments made underneath questions in a review template are now visible in the PDF exports from the Employee Results view.
Evenly weight questions in a review template
You are now able to evenly weight questions by toggling on that option when creating a template. You will still be able to exclude certain questions from being scored like you would previously. This aims to make it easier if you have for example 3 questions where 100 is not easily divided by the number of questions.
Surveys
Subscribe to surveys and get notified upon submission
Survey admins can now subscribe to specific survey templates and get notified when submissions are made. Previously, when surveys were created admins would need to check back occasionally and see what if any surveys were submitted. Now, as soon as admins subscribe to a survey they will immediately be emailed with a direct link to the results page to see the new submissions as they are made.

We are always looking to add new and exciting features to meet the needs of our customers. Over the next one to two months we are aiming to add the following features:
Restrict Employee Emails from User View
Administrators will have more control over an employee's ability to view other employees contact information. There will be a toggle that can restrict the ability to view other employees email across the system.
Equity Management as part of our Compensation Management product
Compensation Administrators will have the ability to include Equity as part of compensation cycles. This new feature will allow managers to distribute budgeted shares to employees. All of the same approvals flows and audit review will occur like it does today to ensure an accurate distribution of equity. These values will then be able to be tracked over time when they are earned and the quantity earned each time.
Onboarding surveys
Survey Administrators will now the ability to set up Onboarding Surveys which can be sent out automatically at a certain number of days of employment to get a sense of how they are acclimating to their new role. These are fully customizable but will also include additional templates to use.
New and improved PDF Reports
PDF reports across the system will be getting an improved look and feel that will support more formatting options, be easier to read, and contain even more helpful information
